What's been happening?

After some frantic fund raising and high hopes of accomplishing a great work for the people of Malawi where ashon serves things came to a shuddrering halt! Those we were hoping to paretner with could not fulfil their wishes to help. Having no one on the ground as it were it has been difficult to adequately move further. Communication has been difficult and a desire for more help than we had agreed has meant plans have been difficult to progress. It is hoped to have more help very soon so this project can be brought to completion as far as our obligations are concerned so the people there can benefit both now and well into the future. We will keep you posted.

Gateway Club

This is a club under the umbrella of Mencap which meets every first and third Friday of the month at Glebe house. We welcome new members to join us for evenings of socialising and fun. Evenings include Bingo, crafts, disco's, quizes and competitions. Or, for those who wish there is a chill out television room to enjoy soaps and programmes with each other. A canteen is available the proceeds of which pay for our Christmas party. Come along and join the fun.

He is a graduate of the British Bible School and has worked and worshipped with the church in Birmingham for many years. We welcome all visitors to come along to enjoy the meeting and chat about who we are and what we are about.
